Also known as Washington's Maritime city, Gig Harbor was a place that I have wanted to visit for a long time. It is a really popular tourist destination. Of all of the destinations we have visited thus far I think this is probably the least kid friendly. It was beautiful but not a ton for kids to do. We did find a fabulous Mexican restaurant with the best salsa and that definitely made it worth the trip.
